Valenqix S.A. (Tax ID 30-72567489-4), with registered address at Av. Corrientes 880, 12th floor, CABA, Argentina, is the controller of personal data collected through valenqix.com.
2. Data we process
We collect name and email address through the subscription form, as well as browsing data (IP address, device type, pages visited) via the technologies described in the Cookie Policy.
3. Purpose
Data is used to send updates on the Argentine real estate sector, improve the site and comply with legal obligations. It is not used for automated decisions with legal effects.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the free and informed consent of the user, in accordance with Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326.
5. Retention
Data is kept while the user maintains an active subscription or until they exercise their deletion rights. Accounting records are kept for the periods required by Argentine regulations.
6. Rights of the data subject
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition and portability by writing to hola@valenqix.com. You may also file complaints with Argentina's Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
7. International transfers
Where we use providers located outside Argentina, we require adequate contractual safeguards under AAIP Provision 60-E/2016.
